Vowels: Standard - ‘i’ as in ‘hit’, 'a' as in ‘path’, 'u' as in 'put'. Variation - 'e' followed by 'l' or 'r' is 'e' as in 'fern'.
Consonant combination - 'ny' (palato-nasal) combine 'n' and 'y' while top of tongue touches hard palate plus nasal vibration. (Avoid the English 'nee' as in 'many').

Sentence starts with a verb head word 'nyinga' (wipe off) with the order one person ending 'ak' followed by the pronoun 'kinyam' (this) and finishes with the noun 'nyelinyuk' (his/her/its snot). (Whose snot would have been who was there with snot on their nose eg the child being looked at.)
(Note: In the Green Book on p.41,  Hercus had 'Nyipak kinyam nyelinyuk!'. The 'nyipak' is most likely to be a transcription error caused by the fact that 'nyipa' is immediately after 'nyinga' on p42. In the earlier VHaLS on p.190 Hercus has 'nyingak' in IPL script.)
