Variation - when 'a' is followed by a 'w' it is 'au' dipthong as in 'owl', when ‘a’ follows an initial ‘w’ and is followed by an ‘r’, ‘m’, ‘ng’, ‘ny’, or ‘n’, the ‘a’ is pronounced as in ‘water’ or ‘war’.
Emphasis on 1st syllable. Fast is normal. No gaps in saying word is normal.
