Vowels: standard - 'a' as in 'path'
Consonant combinations:
'th' (dental stop) with tip of tongue lightly touching top teeth, combine 't' and 'h', while stopping breath. No nasal sound. Gives a hard 'd' like sound.
'ng' (velar nasal) with top of tongue touching back of roof of mouth, combine 'n' and 'g' plus some nasal vibration.
Emphasis - first syllable (kahth), second syllable (ang) is short.
Avoid - the English 'a' as in 'cat' or 'bang' sounds
